Lotsa Granite

Our Day 1 winner is Hal Woodruff, in his beautiful Ventus 3FES-18, who made much of yesterday's flight over the spine of the Sierra.  Hal's comment:  "There's nothin' but granite out there."  Jon Fitch flew a more easterly track and came home second for the day in his ASH-26E.  DL was third, also flying an ASH-26E.
