Day 6 morning briefing

Several pilots have left early due to various equipment and health problems.  The Open/18M class is down to 1 maybe 2.
Thanks were offered to many people who helped out on the ground, towing, and providing assistance in many areas.  The Volunteers are an necessary part of all contests: the contest can't happen without them.

Another hot day is forecast, reminder to all: stay hydrated!

Safety talk: The last day of a long contest is likely to have a lot of participants with fatigue. Use extra care with checklist and preparation. We don't want the last memory of the contest to be an accident.

Winner's reports: check the score sheet for those that gave reports.

Weather: Today is expected to be an OK day, not as strong as the last two.  Higher winds aloft, weaker lift, lower thermal tops, 5.5-6.5 knot lift, likely to weaken early with strong winds on the ground shortly after 5PM.

Task: The same task and time for all classes:

Time 2:30 Turn Area Task, turnpoints:

Peach, 15 mile radius
Creston, 15 Mile radius
Nilles Corner, 15 mile radius

Fly SAFE!
