Contest Day 2(NOT) am report

from CD Ken  Sorenson at 9am: Monday Aug. 2, wx. not looking good.NWS and WU both show 70% rain.  Prog. chart shows a cold from moving over from the NY at 1pm and lingering.  Storm radar projection similar.

10AM briefing, and after a brief rain shower, the day was scrubbed, but not before Mike Sorenson was recognized at the Day 1 winner.  Line of T-storms appear to be on the way. posted by Leigh Zimmerman
