Contest Day 1 Tasks and tracks

#2024hobbs15m18mclubnats Contest Day 1. 2 hour area tasks for all classes. And from weatherman Richard Kellerman: "With two good practice days under our belts we now will be lucky to see 10,000 ft msl and will be dealing with the potential for rain, particularly to the NW. We could also see surface gusts to 25 mph from the SE for the launch. As so often happens when conditions deteriorate the weatherman’s job gets harder so today's confidence level is on the low side. That said we should be able to get to about 10,000 ft msl (6,000 agl) and there is at least a chance of cu. Boundary layer winds about 15 kt SE."
