Final practice Day tasks and tracking

Similar 2 hour area tasks with 2 areas for all classes (Club has a bit larger circles)

Looks like a second good practice day with a decent chance of cu at about 14,000 ft msl. A little slower to start but generally a strong day. The dry front is again at Hobbs and again favors areas to the West of the state line.

 Conditions weaken for Wednesday when we won't need oxygen and on Thursday we might need umbrellas."
