Friday - No Contest Day

Dansville received zero rain from the line of storms that moved through the northeast overnight. At 0900 winds started to shift westerly. They are expected to get stronger throughout the day and are the key factor in the CD’s no-fly decision: 15-25kts on the ground, 25-30kts at 3000ft, and 30+ at 6000ft.

The day was canceled at the Pilots Meeting.

We are reconvening at 1800 for the last airport dinner of the contest. Linda, Judith, and Cathy have been putting on fantastic meals, including breakfast goodies every morning.
