| Description: | R2 contest at Wurstboro has been cancelled and replaced with R2N being run on the following 2 weekends. With the first 3 days projected to be a wash out due to the remnants of the big tropical storm, the R2 contest organizers considered moving the contest back one week. There is precedent in that this was done a few years ago at Mifflin. The process used then was to cancel the event and replace it with a new event. The organizers requested the change and it was approved by the Chair of the Contest Commitee. The new contest is approved and open for registration. Dates: Practice 6/7 Contest days: 6/8-6/10 and 6/15- 6/17. Hopefully everyone can come. See You at the Airport UH | |
